What type stats when a calf is born should I be looking for as a future show prospect?

If you are just getting started 11+ on neck, 12+ on bone, and 8+ on cap is always a good start at birth. I wouldn't ever keep anything that is below any of those three. Most people cull harder than that once they get going, but that is a good place to start.
